Crosby Member Reservation Rules
· Open to Crosby Members and Sports Center Personnel.
· Reservations for members can be made up to 48 hours in advance.
· League play, socials, tournaments, lessons, & special events may be booked as needed ahead of 2 days per management needs.
· Reservations for members can only be for 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, and 2 hours time blocks.
· Reservations can only be made at 1 court per membership.
· A guest court policy of 1-1 (1 guest per 1 member) will be needed for online court reservations up to 2 days in advance. Members who have more than 1 guest per member can not
reserve the court earlier than the same day and must book through the front desk or indicate "SDB" under title for "Same Day Booking". All guests must be checked in at the front desk. The following online bookings are allowed up to 2 days in advance.
Singles 2 members, Singles 1 member & 1 guest , Doubles 4 members,
Doubles 3 members & 1 guest, Doubles 2 members & 2 guests.
· Members need to list all guest names on reservation time slot.
· When reserving the Ball Machine, select 2 Spaces in the drop down box. One for "Ball Machine" and the other for your court time. The times must match.
One hour maximum booking time for the machine.The cost of the machine is $10 each month it is used.
· If no one in your party arrives in person 15 minutes after the reserved time, your court will be made available to others.
· If you need to cancel, please remove your reservation.
· Court bookings on the website are limited online to 2 hours per member, per day. No more than 1 tennis/pickleball court may be booked at a time per membership. If you wish to book more time later in the same day, for example to play
in the morning and then later in the afternoon, please check with the front desk the day of to see if we can give you additional time. 858.759.3843. The Crosby Club reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
